Do you have stock of everything displayed on your website?
In an ideal world, and with an endless budget, we would.  However, the reality is we cannot carry every item in stock that you see on our website.  Clearance items are kept in stock.  If you would like to be sure about the product stock before ordering however, please contact us or use our online chat facility to confirm.

How long will it take before i get my order?
If everything you ordered is in stock with us, you will usually receive it the next business day (depending on area being delivered to). Items that are not in stock with us will be ordered from our suppliers and then your order should usually take between 1-3 business days to reach you. We will however keep you updated throughout the process as to when your goods will be delivered.

What if the product I bought doesn't fit me or my bike?
Quite simply - return it for a refund, or exchange it for something else!  Provided of course, the item has not been fitted, used or otherwise damaged. We will arrange for the collection of the item and return of an exchange, however you are liable for the courier costs involved.

What does it cost for delivery?
The price of the delivery to your chosen delivery address is displayed during the checkout process and before you finalise the order.  Delivery pricing starts from as little as R65, but it depends on the area you live in and the size of the order you have placed. Tyres and large items may incur a higher courier charge.

 

Do we deliver to international destinations?
Unfortunately, we dont.   We only ship within the borders of South Africa.

 

Can I collect my order from your premises?
Unfortunately not as there is no physical store. Collection can be arranged on clearance items.
