Returns Info

You may only cancel your order if your order has not yet been dispatched.  We will refund you the complete product value using the original payment method. If the entire order is cancelled before dispatch, delivery will be refunded aswell.

Special orders made to your request cannot be cancelled if the order has already begun to be processed.  This includes products made-to-order and cut-to-order or otherwise specially ordered on your behalf.

Returns must be authorised before any items are shipped back to us.

You will receive a full refund on the product value or replacement item within a 30-day period if we have supplied you with an incorrect product.  The following terms apply:

• We will cover fully the costs of the return delivery
• The product must be in a sellable condition, unused, undamaged and still properly sealed and packaged as you originally received it (this includes all manuals, accessories and other promotional items that may have being included)
• Products supplied as per order will be considered as “correctly supplied”. Please note the onus lies on you to ensure that any products purchased are suitable for their intended use or application.
• Delivery fees are not refundable
• You may choose to have the correct product redelivered to you at our expense, or have a refund processed via the original payment method.
• Make sure that products are properly packaged and protected from transit damage (use a sturdy outer box, bubble wrap and packaging tape). Any damages in transit due to ineffective packaging will be for your account.  DO NOT use the original packaging as a shipping container.  This will cause damage to the original packaging, which you will be charged for.
• Fitted/Opened plastics cannot be returned.

All products sold on our website generally have a supplier or manufacturer warranty (if any).  The supplier/manufacturer warranty applies to all faulty products.  The following terms apply:

• Inspection of the product will be carried out by the supplier/manufacturer and an out
• Products that have been abused/misused or generally exposed to excessive wear and tear will not have warranty cover, and you will be liable for any repair and delivery fees associated with the return.
• If the product is determined as not faulty, the product will be returned to you at your expense.
• If a product is repaired under warranty please expect delays.
• We do not offer loan products for any products returned (under warranty or otherwise)
