Ordering & Returns

As we are an online focussed store, we do not normally carry our own stock due to the vast array of products on offer. This means stock holding is dependant on our suppliers.

We recommend if you are unsure to first contact us and we will be able to let you know stock availability prior to ordering. Please confirm stock before making any payments to avoid disappointment should stock be unavailable.

If everything you ordered is in stock with us, you will usually receive it the next business day (depending on the area being delivered to). Items that are not in stock with us will be ordered from our suppliers and can take between 1-3 business days to reach you. We will however keep you updated throughout the process as to when your order will be delivered.

Return it for a refund, or exchange it for something else more suitable. Of course, this requires that the product has not been fitted, used or otherwise damaged (please see our Returns page for more information).

We will arrange for the collection of the product and return of an exchange, however you are liable for any courier costs involved.

Delivery charges for returns are not refunded.  You will be liable for these charges.

Shipping Information

Delivery prices are displayed during the checkout process, and before you finalise your order. Prices depend on the area you live in and the size of the order you have placed (in terms of weight and volume).

Tyres and other large items may incur additional courier fees, aswell as if you are living at a non-standard address (such as military bases, farms etc.)

We don’t, sorry. We only ship within the borders of South Africa.

Sorry, we do not have a physical store as we are an online store only. All orders are delivered to your door.
