“The Standard Off-Road Grip” for all conditions
Designed as the standard grip for off-road bikes, this is an all-round grip with excellent overall balance. It is an evolution of the standard half-waffle type, making it easier to grip and reducing arm lift by eliminating the need for unnecessary force.
- It uses an anti-slip diamond pattern that makes it easy to grip and less likely to slip.
- The waffle grid is arranged diagonally in the same direction as the fingers, allowing for a “doorknob grip” that is ideal for riding. The thumb and index finger do not interfere with the waffle, making it slim, easy to grip, and less likely to cause blisters.
- Compared to a typical half waffle, the width of the waffle is narrower, making it easier to grip with less force and less tiring for your arms. In addition, the waffle is designed to be wider toward the end, making it easier for your little finger to middle finger to grip. Stable throttle work is achieved even in slippery conditions such as mud or water
- The lineup also includes an “open-end type” that is convenient for mounting aluminum hand guards, bar ends, etc.
- To prevent the grip from coming loose due to twisting or water getting in, grooves for wiring are provided in four places.
